If you are using a computer for your random number generation, then you must randomly set the "seed", which is the starting point of the generation. A computer can't create random numbers. It creates "pseudo-random" numbers. If the "seed" is the same, you'll get the same "random" numbers every time, I guarantee!

Some programmers use the time of day, e.g. microseconds, to set the seed. I'm not sure how you're doing it. Research "seed" and good luck.
